The Elevation Board is a Christian leadership and development movement committed to raising thoughtful leaders, strengthening communities, and inspiring positive societal impact through the wisdom and teachings of Jesus Christ.
We equip students, young professionals, healthcare practitioners, leaders, and families to flourish through mentoring, education, leadership development, innovation, and community engagement. Our programmes are designed to help people discover purpose, develop character, pursue excellence, build healthy relationships, and lead with integrity in every sphere of life.

Providing mentoring and coaching that helps individuals discover purpose, develop leadership capacity, build resilience, navigate career and life decisions, prepare for healthy relationships, and invest in the next generation.
One-on-one Coaching
Sometimes the greatest growth happens through focused, personalised support.
Our one-to-one coaching sessions provide individuals with dedicated time to reflect, clarify goals, overcome challenges, and develop practical strategies for personal and professional growth.
Marriage and Family Institute
Helping individuals and families build healthy relationships, strong marriages, purposeful parenting, and lasting generational legacies through mentoring, education, and practical support.
